CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the technical secretariat at [email protected]
- For cancellations received before November 30th 2018 no penalty fee will be applied.
- For cancellations received before January 31st 2019 the cost of 1 night of hotel accommodation will be applied as penalty fee.
- For cancellations received from March 1st 2019, cancellations will not be accepted and there will be no refunds.
